Two important catches on the Combined Ticket: it cannot be refunded partially if you skip the museum, and
a captured screenshot of a mobile ticket is not accepted — you need the physical ticket.

Age rules that actually save money
- Under 12 months: free park entry, and free use of the toddler attractions.
- 12–36 months: free park entry. Toddler rides require the Baby pass (₩17,000).
- Age 65 and over: charged the child rate, not an adult rate. Bring ID — the park requires
documentation that proves age. This is the discount most visiting families miss.
- Visitors with a disability, and holders of national merit status: 50% off for the holder and one
companion, with official documentation.
- Pregnant visitors: 50% off for the holder, with official documentation such as a maternity handbook.
Discount eligibility must be settled on the day of use; the park does not process refunds for eligibility
changes afterwards.

Lotte World publishes its hours per date, not as a fixed weekly schedule — they shift with season,
holidays, and private events. On 10 August 2026 the park ran 10:00–22:00.
Do not plan an After 4 visit around an assumed closing time. Check “오늘의 운영시간” (today’s operating

Lotte World Aquarium sits under the adjacent Lotte World Mall and is not included in any park pass. It

What your ticket actually gets you
Your park pass covers admission and the rides, but not the paid game arcades inside.
Adventure (indoor). The domed indoor park runs regardless of weather — which makes Lotte World one of
the few large attractions in Seoul that a rainy forecast does not ruin. Rides here include Sinbad’s
Adventure, the Spanish Pirate Ship, the Flume Ride, and the 4D Shooting Theater. The Kiddie Zone on floor 1
holds the toddler rides, including Under Sea Kingdom and the children’s bumper cars.
Magic Island (outdoor). Connected across the water on Seokchon Lake, this is the photogenic half:
Gyro Swing, Comet Express, Arcana Ride, and Stone Express. Outdoor rides can close in heavy rain.
Underland (B1). Wild Valley and Wild Jungle sit down here, along with Dream Boat.
Most rides carry a height minimum — commonly 110cm or 120cm, with Gyro Swing requiring 130cm and capping at

When to go, and when to avoid
Lotte World tickets are the same price every day, so the variable you actually control is the crowd. Three
patterns are worth knowing before you lock in a date.
Weekday mornings are the quietest window. The park fills from late morning onward, and the gap between
a Tuesday at opening and a Saturday at 2 PM is the difference between walking onto rides and standing in
them. If your itinerary has any flexibility at all, spend it here.
Korean school holidays and the major holiday weeks are the worst. Late July through August, the days
around Chuseok, and Lunar New Year all draw heavy domestic crowds. These are also exactly when hours shift
without much notice, which is the other reason to re-check your date rather than trusting a published
schedule.
Rain changes the calculation in your favour. Because Adventure is fully indoors, a wet forecast that
would wreck a palace-and-market day barely touches Lotte World — and it thins the outdoor Magic Island
queues. A rainy Tuesday is arguably the single best time to hold a Lotte World ticket.
If you are still deciding whether the park earns a full day of a short Seoul trip, the honest answer is that
it depends on whether you ride. Visitors who skip the thrill rides tend to finish Adventure in three hours

Getting to Lotte World
Take Seoul Metro Line 2 or Line 8 to Jamsil Station. The park connects directly to the station complex,
so you do not surface onto a street to find it.
