Everland Tickets 2026: Real Prices, the Season Trap, and How to Get There

Everland is Korea’s largest theme park, about 40 km south of Seoul in Yongin. Most English-language guides quote a single flat gate price for Everland tickets — and that is the one thing about Everland pricing that is not true. The park charges by month, and the gap between the cheapest and most expensive month is ₩16,000 per adult. Get the month wrong in your budget and a family of four is off by ₩50,000.

How Much Are Everland Tickets? (Official 2026 Prices)

Everland sells a 1 Day Pass (종일권) and prices it by season. There are only two price tiers, not four — teenagers pay the same as adults, and seniors pay the same as children. This surprises almost everyone.

Age bands, as the park defines them: child is 36 months to age 12, teen is 13 to 18, senior is 65 and over. Children under 36 months enter free, though some toddler-only facilities are ticketed separately inside the park.

Two things follow from that table that are worth planning around:

Peak spring and peak autumn are the expensive months. April, May and October — exactly when the weather is best and when the tulip and rose festivals run — carry the ₩68,000 top rate. If your dates are flexible by a week, shifting from late September into early October costs you ₩6,000 per adult; shifting the other way saves it.

July and August are the cheapest, not the most expensive. This is the opposite of what most theme-park pricing does. Korean summer is hot and humid enough that Everland discounts it, which makes a midsummer visit the best value on the calendar if you can handle the heat and start early.

Everland’s fee page lists these three season groups only. If you are visiting in January, February or March, check the official page directly — the park publishes rates by period and does not commit to them far in advance.

What the ticket includes

A 1 Day Pass covers unlimited rides and attractions inside Everland for that day, including T-Express (a wooden coaster with a famously steep first drop), the Lost Valley safari tram, and the zones aimed at younger children.

Caribbean Bay, the adjacent water park, is not included. It is a separate ticket and a separate gate. This is the single most common booking mistake foreign visitors make with Everland — the two parks share a resort name and an address, so it is easy to assume one ticket covers both. It does not.

Also not covered by admission: food and drink inside the park, locker rental, parking, and a handful of coin-operated and rental facilities that the park flags as 별도 요금 (separate charge).

Annual passes, if you are staying a while

If you are in Korea long-term, the 365 Standard annual pass costs ₩290,000 for adults and ₩230,000 for children, with no blackout dates. Renewing within a year of expiry drops it to ₩240,000 / ₩180,000. At the ₩68,000 peak rate, the pass pays for itself on the fifth visit — worth knowing if you are an exchange student or on a work posting rather than a two-week trip.

Where to Buy Everland Tickets

Online, in advance, is both cheaper and faster than the gate. Buying at the ticket window on the day means paying the published rate above and queueing at the counter before you queue for anything fun.

How to Get to Everland from Seoul

There is no subway station at the park. As of August 1, 2026, there are two practical public options.

New: Bus 4105 from Myeongdong

A direct public bus, route 4105, began running from Myeongdong to Everland on August 1, 2026. For visitors staying in central Seoul this removes the transfer that used to make the trip awkward — you board in the main tourist district and get off at the park. Because the route is new, confirm the current timetable before you rely on it for a fixed entry time.

Bus from Gangnam

The long-standing option is the direct bus from Gangnam Station, which also picks up at Sadang and Yangjae. Budget roughly an hour to the park, longer if you are travelling on a weekend morning when the expressway backs up. Fares are paid with a T-money card.

Practical Tips for the Day

Go to T-Express first. It is the park’s headline ride and the queue grows fastest. Riding it in the first hour after opening is the single highest-value scheduling decision you will make.

Use the mobile-ticket lanes. If you pre-booked, you do not need the ticket counter at all. The counter queue is the more visible one, which is exactly why people default to it.

The park is hilly. Everland is built across a hillside, not a flat lot. Comfortable shoes matter more here than at a typical theme park, and the elevation makes it noticeably cooler than central Seoul in spring and autumn — bring a layer.

Bring a charger. Your ticket is on your phone, and so is the park map and the wait-time display.

Budget 6 to 10 hours. That is the park’s own suggested duration, and it is honest. Families with small children can do a satisfying half-day; anyone intending to ride everything should plan a full one.

If you are stringing day trips together, Everland sits reasonably close to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, and travelers deciding between Korea’s two big theme parks should compare it with Lotte World, which is inside Seoul itself and much easier to reach.
